Move, breathe

& unwind

Yoga Classes designed to help you feel stronger, calmer and more connected both on and off the mat.

Welcome to YeoYoga

YeoYoga isn’t about escaping real life, it’s about supporting you to meet life where it is with a little more balance, courage and a wink of humour.

Blending dynamic and energetic flows with calm, restorative moments. It is not just about the movement. It is about connection, confidence and finding your adventure. A space to reset, recharge and maybe even surprise yourself.

Whether you are looking to de-stress, get stronger or simply lie down for a bit at the end, you are SO welcome.

Information about class offerings and bookings can be found above and if you need anything else, just pop me a message.

So, come as you are. We saved you a mat.

Hi I’m Laura ...

the founder of YeoYoga and a passionate advocate for movement that feels both empowering and restorative. Alongside teaching classes, I work part time in education, a role that continually inspires my love of learning, inclusivity, growth and helping others build confidence in themselves.

I enjoy teaching and practicing a variety of yoga styles, always with the intention of helping you move freely, stretch deeply and feel adventurous, both on and off the mat. Wether we are building strength and resilience or slowing down into stillness, my aim is for you to leave feeling capable, calm and connected.

When I’m not thinking about, practicing or teaching yoga you will usually find me outdoors, planning my next holiday or spending quality time with my family, the places where I recharge and find inspiration.

  • It all began in 2020 during lockdown, yes it was one of those hobbies to begin with! That developed into far more over the years as I found myself returning to yoga more and more.

To compliment my marathon training, support during injuries, to handle difficult life situations and possibly my favourite of all, to support me through pregnancy and early motherhood. The more I practiced, the more I felt the need to share what I felt on and off the mat.

This led to me completing a 200 hour Yoga teacher training in Vinyasa and Hatha yoga alongside an 85 hour Prenatal yoga teacher training, whilst on maternity leave, because apparently life wasn’t busy enough!

I also have a 20 hour Yin Yoga certification so that I can feel equipped to deliver the styles of yoga that fill my cup and pass that on to you!

All trainings are accredited by the Yoga Alliance.

The Mission

YeoYoga aims to spark connection through movement. Connection to yourself, your sense of adventure and those around you. With classes that invite you to move boldly, breathe deeply and show up just as you are. From energising flows to soul soothing slow downs, we are here to build a welcoming space where adventure meets calm, friendships grow and everyone feels free to explore, recharge and belong.
