COME PRACTICE WITH US
YIN YANG
A blend of two complementary styles into one, balanced, feel good practice.
Yang, the active phase is a dynamic, flowing sequence that builds strength, warmth and energy. Think gentle movement, standing poses and a breath led flow to wake up the body.
Yin, the restorative phase consists of slow, grounding postures held for longer periods to stretch deep connective tissues, release tension and calm the mind.
Together, they create the perfect harmony of effort and ease, movement and stillness. This class is suitable for beginners and those with more experience. Unfortunately, not suitable for those who are pregnant.
All equipment provided, come as you are.

MEET YOUR TEACHER
I’m Laura Yeomans, the founder of YeoYoga and a passionate advocate for movement that feels both empowering and restorative. Alongside teaching classes, I work part time in education, a role that continually inspires my love of learning, inclusivity, growth and helping others build confidence in themselves.
I enjoy teaching and practicing a variety of yoga styles, always with the intention of helping you move freely, stretch deeply and feel adventurous, both on and off the mat. Wether we are building strength and resilience or slowing down into stillness, my aim is for you to leave feeling capable, calm and connected.
When I’m not thinking about, practicing or teaching yoga you will usually find me outdoors, planning my next holiday or spending quality time with my family, the places where I recharge and find inspiration.
